Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid products and services offered by QuantumRush Private Limited (CIN U62011TS2024PTC189742). By purchasing our Services you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
2. Subscriptions (SaaS Products)
Subscription fees for products such as TringRX and Tring91 are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period, except where required by law.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered where:
- A payment was charged in error or duplicated;
- A paid Service was not delivered due to a fault attributable to QuantumRush; or
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
Setup fees, one-time consulting engagements and custom development work are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email contact@quantumrush.in within seven (7) days of the transaction with your order details and reason. We will review eligible requests and respond within a reasonable period.
5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take five to ten (5–10) business days for the amount to reflect. QuantumRush is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
